Ana recently completed IT training classes and is now pursuing her ITF+ certification, which she expects to earn this summer. Her shift from an entry-level childcare role to a career in the IT field represents a significant leap forward. Betsy, too, completed a CompTIA IT Fundamentals course along with her A+ certification. She successfully transitioned from working as a home health aide to securing a full-time professional position in IT with a major federal contractor.
